This multi functional 7 in 1 Station consist of the following applications :
Case Maker – The unique design allows you to create & produce high quality Hard Covers and other fully decorated cases such as CD, DVD Boxes, ring binders & other hard case products in a wide variety of formats.
Corner Cutter - allows you to cut the four corners of your cover in an even and accurate way, and the side guide makes the registration of opaque cover materials easier in an on-demand finishing environment
Creasing / Scoring – pneumatic control creasing with magnetic assistance to get perfect alignment and accuracy.
Edge Folder - allows you to perfectly wrap the cover’s material onto the chipboard at a split of seconds only.
Mounting Unit – bind the creased pictures into a block with mounting sheets supplies. Secure the block through the binding process with 2 magnet clamps and used the mounting lift for smooth and accurate positioning.
Nipping Unit - pneumatic control hard cover nipping and with heat control to allows the glue penetrate perfectly to ensures the strongest holding results. The special shape of the bar gives professional look to the finished book.
Press Unit - pneumatic control presser. The book needs to stay under the pressure for 5 – 1o minutes to perfectly secure and stick between the layers of mounting sheets and printed pictures.
