Position: Admin Assistant , Full Time
Location: Kuala Terengganu Office beside Maybank
Job Description:
Admin Assistant will provide inventory management, procurement and logistics support.
Job duties include:
1. Conduct regular stock count and counter check with system record.
2. Monitor stock movement for optimum stock level control.
3. Coordinate stock allocation between customers and suppliers.
4. Develop standardise inventory management flows.
5. purchasing, management, delivery, and associated documentation management.
6. Inventory management and inventory record keeping.
7. Ensure that the quality, accuracy, and integrity of inventory records.
8. Troubleshooting and resolution of logistics or inventory-related issues.
9. Coordinate logistics – movement of equipment within or between facilities and maintenance of hardware records.
