Job Description:
📍Attend enquiry, make cold call, meet customer and follow up.
📍Present and discuss the products and services of the company in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding and fulfillment of customer needs.
📍Communicate effectively with management, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that sales and customer objectives are met.
📍Responsible for daily and operational activities to ensure smooth running of company's overall administration functions.
📍To handle phone calls, issue invoice, purchase order, delivery order & service sheet.
📍Maintain proper record keeping & filing system.
📍To monitor incoming & outgoing stock.
📍Follow up payment from customer, coordinate with salesperson.
📍Create Online Social Media Posting.
📍Perform any other related duties and tasks assigned by management.

✔Experience in customer service.

✔Must possess a valid state motor or car license.
