Technician Photocopy Machine
Job description
1. Be No. 1 for Customer Satisfaction (CS) within the industry by providing Best-in-Class service that meet & exceed Customer expectations.
2. Carry out repairs and servicing of black & white, color graphics printing machines, enabler hardware and software at Customer's premises and services to the highest standards.
3. Achieve 2-hour Customer’s EM response time.
4. Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance for customers under care to maximize machine uptime.
5. Ensure first-time-fix. Do it right the first time.
6. Ensure total Customer Satisfaction through ongoing knowledge acquisition and improve the technical competencies.
6. Provide field operations support to internal and external customers in accordance to the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
7. Write accurate professional reports acting as a single point of contact between Customers and FSM concerning technical issues and interfacing with all involved functions.
8. Report and escalate all observed incidents, irreguarities that occur to superior for proper operational escalation points.
8. Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices in order to deliver quality Field Operations.
9. Responsible in setting up new machines and conduct pre-delivery inspection(PDI) to ensure machines are in proper working condition prior to installation at Customer's premises.
10. Conduct technical training to the team members and Customers.
11. To provide technical training to new employees and provide support for refurbishing work.
12. Cleaning & Tidy Up Workshop and office.
13. Take good care of company assets and property.
14. Maintain good relationship with customers.
15. Escalete purchase enquiry to sales department.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma in Electrical & Electronics plus MCP or equivalent.
-At least 3 year’s working experience in any field related to technical service.

-A Team Player who is able to maintain effective working relationship.
-Good analytical & diagnostic skills and good in service management. Minimum
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical) or equivalent.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills together with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
-Able to work independently and in a team.
-Basic computer and network setup knowledge.
-Has own vehicle.

· Provides timely response to customer inquiries and complaints and ensures compliance with agreed upon customer requirements.
· Works with assigned accounts reporting overall performance, promoting FSM solutions and can clearly articulate the Ricoh Value proposition.
· Inspires and motivates team members to deliver excellent customer service through the ON-Track performance management program.
· Prepares and delivers timely and accurate performance appraisals for all direct reports.
· Maintains positive and productive relationship with other functional groups.
· Provides counsel, direction and opportunities to employees to assist in improving their performance on current job and preparation for future responsibilities.
· Ensures maximum service profitability through monitoring and management of parts consumption and departmental expense.
