ESA TransFormer is an application that enables users to scan paper documents at the MFP and convert them into editable electronic files. Converted documents can be conveniently sent to an email address or network folder. Individual user preferences, which include document destination and conversion settings, can be stored at the MFP for quick and convenient access. With broad support for a host of languages and a wide range of popular document formats, ESA TransFormer can help change your business's bottom line with the touch of a button.

• Users access program through MFP scan function and familiar MFP touch screen menus.
• Paper documents in a wide range of languages and layouts are accurately transformed from scans into professional, editable documents with no stray markings or whiteout.

• Transform paper documents with the touch of a button into Microsoft Word DOC, Excel XLS; generic RTF, TXT, TIFF, JPG; Adobe PDF and PDF/a, searchable PDF; Web HTML, XML; and more.
• Send transformed documents directly to email addresses, network directory locations, or both.
• Save time editing or copying information with an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) engine that supports a wide-range of languages, including English, Thai, traditional and simplified Chinese, and many others.
